Produced based on the authentic traditional recipe from Serres. With a mild garlic taste. Kneaded with unique Buffalo meat pieces and mixed with 100% Greek Beef and veal meat from the region of Lake Kerkini.  Boiled and, afterwards, smoked over beech-wood.
